You retain full ownership of your CV content and personal data. We only use it to provide the service, never to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Our platform
Semavia design, source code, AI models, templates, and brand are owned by Crafting Codes and protected by intellectual property law.

Job listings from Adzuna are subject to Adzuna’s terms and displayed for personal job-seeking purposes only.
Semavia uses AI models (Claude) to generate CV optimisations, scores, and job recommendations. You acknowledge that:
Limitation of Liability
Semavia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater. The platform is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
By you: Delete your account anytime via Settings → Data & Privacy. No penalties.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk. Prior notice will be provided where possible.
These Terms are governed by French law and applicable EU regulations. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws.
